Our law firm has a highly experienced bankruptcy practice group.  Our bankruptcy practice group provides representation for creditor or debtor clients in bankruptcy or reorganization cases.  For individual or business debtor clients, we provide financial and legal assistance and file bankruptcy in the following:

In addition, for creditor or debtor clients, we provide services in bankruptcy alternatives or reorganization cases.  Our bankruptcy attorneys assist with workouts of commercial loans, loan workouts, liquidations, financial restructurings, and debtor-creditor litigation in and out of bankruptcy court.
