Hilary practices in the area of civil litigation, focusing her practice on insurance defense, insurance coverage, construction matters, and personal injury. She represents individuals, insurance carriers, and businesses.
While attending law school in Montana, Hilary served as a law clerk to Phillips & Bohyer, P.C. and Dunlap & Seeger, P.A. After graduating, she served as a law clerk to Judge Ingrid G. Gustafson of the 13th Judicial District in Montana from 2006-2007.
Prior to joining Dunlap & Seeger, P.A., Hilary served as a law clerk to Judge Jodi L. Williamson of the Third Judicial District in Minnesota.
Hilary is on the board of PossAbilities of Southern Minnesota and the Children’s Museum of Rochester. She is also a member of FUEL and the Rochester Chamber of Commerce.
