Paul A. Finseth

Paul Finseth has over 40 years of experience in real estate, estate planning and probate law. He has handled thousands of commercial and residential real estate closings, including matters regarding the examination of title, the issuance of title insurance and title opinions, and the preparation of conveyancing instruments, leases and loan documentation. He is experienced in negotiating easements with various companies, municipalities and state agencies. He advises clients regarding business and estate planning, as well as handling probate matters.

Paul is certified as a Real Property Law Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association Real Property Section and serves on the Legislative Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association Real Property Section, which has responsibility for review and initiation of laws affecting real estate in the State of Minnesota. He is also a licensed title insurance agent authorized to issue title insurance covering both residential and commercial real estate.

Paul has been selected as a Leading Attorney for his work in the real estate area. In addition, he served for many years as a member of the City of Rochester Board of Parks and Recreation.
