John Arnold focuses on negotiation and preparation of construction, architectural and engineering contracts in his representation of several large construction companies. In addition, he advises them on general business and planning issues relating to construction projects.
Mr. Arnold has experience with all kinds of real estate transactions; handling purchases, sales, commercial and retail leases and shopping center agreements. He represents banks and lenders in real estate loans, construction loans and commercial loan workouts. He also advises businesses facing issues of insolvency, reorganization and workout agreements.
In addition, John has found time to serve as President of Rotary, Chairman of Ducks Unlimited, Board Member of Rochester Area Builders, and Board Member Lake Zumbro Improvement Association.
