Robert counsels and represents clients on a broad range of issues with emphasis in the areas of negligence. This includes personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability and insurance coverage matters. He also has substantial experience in construction, contract, commercial and real estate disputes.
Mr. Benner has successfully represented his clients in both trial and appellate courts.
In addition, he is a Board Member for Bear Creek Services, Inc., has served on the Minnesota Citizens Council Advisory Board and is active within the Rochester Youth Hockey Association.
