Bill Volkmar’s law practice covers the areas of business, estate planning and administration, real estate, and taxes.
Since 1979, he has consulted with businesses and individuals regarding succession, tax and estate planning. He has extensive experience with the administration of estates. He helps companies of all sizes with a wide range of legal issues affecting their operations. He assists families with disabled children, parents, or grandparents through the guardianship process to enhance their financial, physical and emotional well-being.
Bill has served as a board member for the following organizations: Greater Rochester Rotary Club, Rochester Public Library, Rochester’s Committee on the Urban Environment, Olmsted County Historical Society and Olmsted County Social Services Advisory Board (OCSSAB). He is a frequent speaker for ARC Southeastern Minnesota and Community Education for Rochester Public Schools. In addition, he has been President of the Greater Rochester Rotary Club, Rochester Public Library and OCSSAB.
