Bill Ryan has extensive experience in all areas of real estate law. He represents developers, contractors, commercial lenders, purchasers and buyers of both commercial and residential real estate. He has significant experience in negotiating rights of way and easements with companies, utilities and municipalities. Bill also has in-depth knowledge of conveyance instruments, title and title insurance matters and litigates real estate related actions. Mr. Ryan’s experience in this area led to his appointment as the Examiner of Titles for Olmsted County, and he has served in that capacity since 1994.
Bill also handles trademark, copyright, patent and Internet related matters. He has been admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
In addition, Bill has been President of the Olmsted County Bar Association, Olmsted County Social Services Advisory Board, Rochester Area Family Y, and the Rochester/Olmsted Community Housing Partnership.
