Tina Mohr focuses on estate and tax planning for individuals, particularly the elderly. She also represents fiduciaries in the full range of trust administration, probate and tax matters.
She has extensive experience working with individuals and families to achieve the client’s familial, charitable and succession objectives with attention to minimizing tax. She advises and assists with wills, revocable trusts, charitable trusts and gifts, life insurance, beneficiary designations, gifting, limited partnerships and court proceedings including conservatorships, guardianships and probate matters.
Tina also has considerable experience with employee benefits and non-profit corporations.
