Paul Finseth offers more than 35 years of experience with real estate and probate law.
Over the years, he has handled thousands of commercial and residential real estate closings; including matters regarding the examination of title, the issuance of title insurance and title opinions, and the preparation of conveyance instruments, leases and loan documentation. Paul is also highly experienced at negotiating easements with various companies, municipalities and state agencies. He has served as a member of the Rochester Park Board.
In addition to advising clients regarding business and estate planning, Paul also handles probate matters for the firm’s clients
