Mark is an experienced business and real estate lawyer, having helped clients in purchasing, selling and enforcing security interests in commercial and residential real estate since 1986.  Mark’s caseload typically involves advising clients regarding loan and real estate transactions, including title examinations, loan documentation, real estate closings and distressed loan workouts and enforcements.

Mark believes in providing clear communications with clients in order to keep them informed and to better represent their interests in a timely and cost effective manner.

Mark also believes that it is important to serve his community.  Mark has served as president and board member of Child Care Resource and Referral.  He is also a member of the Rochester Sunrisers Kiwanis Club and a former board member of Channel One Food Bank, and commissioner of the Olmsted County Youth Commission.
