We work with local clients and clients throughout the country who are
looking to continue to build a sense of community in Rochester.
Brenda Benitez

Brenda grew up in Miami, Florida before attending law school in Connecticut. She then practiced in Connecticut for a few years before moving to Rochester, Minnesota.  Since joining Dunlap & Seeger, she has been focusing primarily on litigation but serves the firm as a general practice attorney.

Her passion for legal work has always been client-centered as she values helping people through what is often the most difficult time in their lives.  When she takes on a case, she is ready to advocate for her clients and provide them with her guidance and expertise.  Her compassion helps her understand her clients’ need while her work in various areas helps her provide comprehensive support.

Outside of her legal career, Brenda serves on the Bear Creek Services board and volunteers at Paws and Claws Rescue.  She loves reading, cooking, and playing board games. She is also fluent in Spanish and can speak Portuguese.
