Michael Dietz has over 33 years of experience practicing law and focuses his practice on corporate law and finance including bankruptcy law, secured transactions and debtor-creditor law.
Michael is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law, with distinction, Juris Doctor and a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting. He has previously served on boards including the Greater Rochester Area University Center, the Olmsted Medical Center Board of Trustees and Family Service Rochester.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys woodworking, Nordic skiing and cooking.
