William J. Ryan






Bill Ryan has over 40 years of experience in business and transactional law, with an emphasis on commercial real estate.  He represents clients with respect to the purchase, financing, development and sale of commercial properties and related matters such as land use planning, zoning matters and eminent domain.  In 1994, Bill was appointed the Examiner of Titles for Olmsted County and continues to serve in that capacity.

In his business practice, Mr. Ryan handles the creation, operation, merger, acquisition and sale of business entities such as corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and limited partnerships, and general commercial transactions involving such entities.

In addition, Bill has been president of the Olmsted County Bar Association and served on the Olmsted County Social Services Advisory Board, the Rochester Area Family Y, the Rochester/Olmsted Community Housing Partnership, and Zumbro Valley Health Center.
