Hilary R. Stonelake-Curtis

Hilary is an attorney with 14 years of expertise in litigation, business and corporate law, finance and banking and real estate. She assists clients with business formation, general corporate services, contract drafting and review and mergers and sales of businesses. In addition, she provides superior counsel in commercial lending, finance, creditor rights and loan transactions, 1031 exchanges, land use, purchase agreements and title services.

Hilary is a graduate of the University of Montana School of Law, Juris Doctor, where in addition she also obtained a Certificate of Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is also a graduate of Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Ronald McDonald House® of Rochester and on the Board of Directors of First Alliance Credit Union. Hilary is a member of the Olmsted County Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, Federal Bar Association and the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce. She has also served on several boards and committees including the Rochester Area Builders, Inc., Commercial Builders Council, Leadership Greater Rochester Steering Committee, PossAbilities of Southern Minnesota and the Children’s Museum of Rochester, Inc.

In her spare time, Hilary enjoys spending time with her husband and children, exploring the outdoors and cooking for family and friends.
