Joshua Wold has been practicing law for over five years. His practice includes both litigation and transactional work, in which he helps businesses and business owners solve a variety of problems relating to organization, ownership, real estate, contracting, trademarks, and compliance.
Before entering law school, Joshua earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at St. Olaf College. He then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School, magna cum laude. While at law school, Joshua was the Lead Managing Editor of the Journal of Law, Science and Technology.
