Nicolas B.C. Yost joined Dunlap & Seeger in May 2024 and maintains a general transactional practice with a focus on estate planning, administration, and litigation.
Nick received his B.B.A. in Accounting and his M.S.A. in Taxation from Texas Tech University and then earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa School of Law in 2023. As a law student, Nick completed the C.P.A. exams and received the Jurisprudence Award in his State & Local Tax seminar. Nick is currently licensed in Minnesota and Iowa.
Outside of work, Nick is an active member of the community. Nick currently serves on the board of directors of Two Rivers Habitat for Humanity as well as the Rochester Planning & Zoning Commission. Nick enjoys playing golf and tennis as well as curling and skiing during the winter months.
