Jason C. Dinsmore joined Dunlap & Seeger in March 2025 and maintains a general transactional practice with a focus on real estate, business, and non-profit administration.
Jason received his B.S. in Wildlife Management in 2002 from Michigan State University, starting his career as a biologist, lobbyist, and policy analyst for state and national conservation-based nonprofit organizations. Jason then earned his J.D. from the Wayne State University School of Law in 2010, after being awarded the 2009 Public Interest Law Fellowship. He practiced nonprofit law and policy on behalf of national nonprofits throughout the Great Lakes until his departure in 2025.
Jason is currently licensed in Minnesota and Michigan.
Outside of work, Jason is an active member of the community. For the last 10 years, Jason has been a volunteer hockey coach with Rochester Youth Hockey Association and currently serves on the board of directors of Quarry Hill Nature Center. In his free time, Jason enjoys recreating in the out-of-doors, routinely following his wife and children into Minnesota’s woods, waters, and points far beyond.
