David Pederson

David is a Shareholder with Dunlap Seeger, providing more than 18 years of expertise as a business lawyer. He assists business clients with startups/entity formation, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions and general contract matters. In addition, David devotes a significant portion of his practice to commercial real estate matters, banking and finance and estate planning.

David is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, and a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management (Finance), with high distinction. He has served on numerous regional and state non-profit boards. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of both the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce and the Winona Area Chamber of Commerce. Previously he served on the Rochester Catholic Schools Board, Rochester Community and Technical College Foundation (past president), Rochester Area Builders, Inc., Builders Association of Minnesota, Rochester Golf & Country Club, Olmsted Medical Center Foundation and The First Tee of Rochester. In addition, he has also volunteered his time on the RAEDI Economic Development Fund Committee, City of Rochester Heritage Preservation Commission and the Minnesota State Bar Association Wills for Heroes program.

In his spare time, David enjoys vacationing in warm climates, playing golf, suffering as a Minnesota sports fan and spending time with his wife and three sons.
