David (“Dave”), a Shareholder at the firm, has over 20 years of experience as a business lawyer. He assists clients with startups, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and general contract matters. Dave also focuses on commercial real estate and estate planning, leveraging the intersection of these areas to provide counsel to closely-held businesses for succession planning.
Dave is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, and a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management (Finance), with high distinction. He has served on numerous regional and state non-profit boards including Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce, Rochester Catholic Schools, Rochester Community and Technical College Foundation (past president), Rochester Area Builders, Inc., Builders Association of Minnesota, Rochester Golf & Country Club, Olmsted Medical Center Foundation and The First Tee of Rochester. In addition, Dave also volunteered his time on the RAEDI Economic Development Fund Committee, City of Rochester Heritage Preservation Commission and the Minnesota State Bar Association Wills for Heroes program.
